I understand that even the best of relationships can sometimes be bogged down by life’s unexpected pitfalls and challenges. So, in all stages of your relationship, coming to therapy together is a great way to strengthen your relationship and emotional connection. I work with couples to help them reignite their passions, teamwork, and communication. Therapy sessions are held with both partners and are a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship. I am here to help couples to overcome communication pitfalls that prevent relationships from thriving and to make changes that help both people in the relationship feel valued. My hope is to help partners get back to intimacy, love, and trust in order to build a stronger and more resilient partnership.

• PREPARE/ENRICH is an online assessment tool for married and unmarried couples who want to understand and improve their relationships. By asking key questions at the beginning of the assessment, PREPARE/ENRICH addresses each couple’s relationship stage, situation, challenges, philosophical, spiritual orientation, and personalities and tails the inventory to assess the couple’s strengths and the areas of challenge where growth will bring about the greatest benefits.

• PREPARE/ENRICH has been developed and refined over a period of 30 years ever since it was first created by Dr. David Olson in 1980. A great deal of research has helped make PREPARE/ENRICH extremely effective in assessing and portraying the relationship strengths and challenges.
